Mulled Cider (hot)

This is a great drink that you can substitute for Coffee or Tea. It requires no sugar. Warning: its addictive.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Qt Apple Cider
  • 1/2 Qt Cranberry Juice
  • 12 whole cloves
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 8 whole allspice
  • Dash of Salt

    Instructions:
    In a large saucepan, mix all ingredients. let simmer on wood stove or on low heat. Ladle into mugs, Drink warm with friends and family.

    Prep Time: 10 mins

    Yield: 8 cups

    Cook Time: 30 mins
