Would love to hear how your training is going. Also, if anybody can suggest tourist things that shouldn't be missed. I am taking my 14 year old and have a little time to sightsee. I have ran it once so I could tell you a little about the course too. |

Thanks, Beverly, I'll keep you posted on how things go. The womens olympic trials is the day before so should add to the whole "Boston" experience. |

Things to do while you are in Boston...
1) Fenway Park..catch a Red Sox Game
2) Science Museum has lots of cool stuff
3) Whale Watch...there one leaves from the Aquarium...down in the Faneul Hall Area
4) USS Constitution Old Iron Sides...tour one the orginal Navy ships from Colonial times...again the the Faneul Hall Area...
But if you could do only on thing with your son....Take him to a Red Sox Game....
If your are into food you need to goto Davio's....can be a pricy....but the experience is like none other.
I am Yankees fan...but a trip to Fenway he'll remember!
Have Fun!

Thanks Ron for all your suggestions. Would enjoy going to Fenway, probably should try and get tickets soon for that weekend. Hopefully I can convince the 14 year old on touring of Old Iron Sides. It's actually my daughter and she would probably rather be shopping, but she does enjoy baseball! |
