How far out are you? The closer you get to your climb, the less important the weight lifting becomes. You could spend that extra time extending your hikes or time on the stair climber.
Other that that it sounds as if you have the right training regime going. Also, watching your food intake as you draw closer to the climb. sktocking your energy reserves, or staying light.
