Hi Rick:

You can actually do this yourself. There are two steps:

1: add the exercises you want via the customize button in strength training

2: save your changes and go to preferences. add your exercise to your lists with preferences.

You should be all set and these exercises should be visible to you. If you need any additional assistance with this, please let me know!
