anybody got any thoughts? I set a 3 year goal for IM. But I would love to go volunteer @ the IM that I want to compete in the year before. OK, participate in! Anyway, I know there are a lot of Ironman out there. I would love the input. Thanks and train on! Vickie |

Jim- How's the humidity over your way?, that's a concern. (It's hard for me to breathe)

Greg -
Great idea. We have the Vineman here in my back yard. I have not done a 1/2 yet, but I understand the course is pretty challenging. Lot's of rollers.
Too bad you didn't e-mail on you vacation, we have regular weekly rides out here.
Just let me know when they start IM MN in January 2008. I guess this would be a true test of an IM, heh? 8o)
