Victoria, you may just need to adjust the tightness of you laces or how they are laced on your shoes to ease the tingle.

I have this same issue, usually late into my workout. (I do a 60 minute routine.) But I believe it is being caused by issues with the arch. Check your shoes and make sure that you have sufficient arch support as you are working out. If you are keeping your feet flat during your workout, then you may very well be cutting off the circulation to some extent. Just make sure to lift your feet occasionally to keep the blood flowing properly.
