    Topic: Trying to set weight loss goals

I'm having trouble finding where to set my weight loss goals. I've been to the handbook and seen HOW to do it, but cannot find WHERE to go to get the screen where I enter this info. Right now I've just got it as one of my other goals, but would really love to use the Weight Loss Goal chart that I see listed. When I click on the link for that chart/graph, I just get a blank screen. Help, anyone?? Thanks!

Kim,

Go to 'Charts & Graphs"... you will find a weight loss goals chart there. You just enter your goal weight and the date that you want to be at that weight. The chart will calculate how many calories you need to cut or burn each week and how many pounds you should plan to loose each week. I hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply... it turns out there was a problem with my account causing the chart to not come up when I clicked on it...

Chris in all his awesomeness, found the problem and fixed it for me before I even asked him! Chris, you rock!!! Thank you!!!
