I finally got on the scale this week and faced the music. Basically gained back all the weight I lost this summer. Oh ugh. Well, I've decided to just lose it again. I feel better without it. So I'm feeling your pain, but I am not giving up.
This week I am working on counting everything. I also need to drink drink drink-- water, of course. I've decided to weigh on Wednesday and Saturday. I'm hoping to have lost .5 when I weigh in two days.
Sounds like you are doing everything right, Charlotte. I'll bet the gain was just fluid. You'll probably see some great numbers next week.
