Hi,
Just a couple of things--
WW has made a lot of changes. If you did it several years ago you may find you are more successful now. They have adopted most of the elements that are crucial to helping someone lose weight.
It isn't just eating less. You have to revamp what you eat. Read labels and avoid everything that has transfat, MSG, high fructose corn syrup. These things screw with your metabolism. Go for high fiber foods. These are dense and have fewer calories. Eat lots of fruit and veggies. There's a new book, You on a Diet, that might help you.
Set smaller exercise goals. Start with 15 minutes at the gym. Try swimming. The joints and knees are probably going to balk until you get some of the weight off. Get a pair of really good running shoes to workout in, even if you are just walking. Your joints and knees will thank you.
It's a struggle no matter how you do it. But you do feel loads better if you work out--even if the weight doesn't come off.
Good luck to you. Don't give up.
