Note to self (and you if you're reading this):
I'm starting a 1 month challenge to myself today, April 8 - May 8. Goal is to eat at least 5 servings of fruits &/or vegies each day (6 days a week), drop 8 pounds, get feet repaired so I can begin moving again, and get some exercise that doesn't require a lot of feet involvement...i.e., bike, weights, pilates, something.
If you care to join me for this one month challenge feel free! I just need focused and attainable goals in writing for my brain right now.

So far today, vegies/fruits are checked off. Yay! |

you go Girl, (Beverly, that was for you). I'll join you. I'll be cheating tho a bit as I have a hike planned during those dates. So, here's my goals. get back to my 12.2 miles of walking per week and drink 5 glasses of water. 4 pounds weight loss. End date 5/8. do-able! thanks for the challenge.

This week has been lots of loadi g and unloading show equipment, throwing the ball and short walks. I'm in Perry, GA. Flicka the 11 mo old pup is showing but I also bring Banger and his gear. My arms are tired, so that's good. :-) |

Am traveling...always more temptations! Allowing reasonable amounts, getting my fruits/vegies. Water low today. Took dogs for 2 short walks, plus showed Flicka. We didn't win anything today...so tomorrow is a new day! |

Not too far off track. Ended up driving waaay past tired so ate sugar and too much ginseng/caffeine to keep me going. On the good news front...foot doing somewhat better. Still feel twinges but their twinges, not high voltage. Dog show was very spread out so got a lot of walking in as well as lifting crates for setup/tear down. A lot of work for absolutely nothing by way of points. Sigh. Tomorrow begins a new week! |

Down about 2# in 2 wks. Not my goal but reasonable, all things considered. Progress, not perfection. Veggies & fruits & raw nuts/seeds consumed each day. |
