Does anyone out there have any experience with Active Release Therapy? I'm desperate for some help with a slippery SI joint problem.

My Chiro uses ART therapy, and I have seen a world of difference on my IT band, and SI joint. I'm not sure I can explain how it works though. It has kept me in the game with minimal interruption. Vickie |

Thanks Vickie,
I've made an appointment for this week. I've read some pretty amazing things about it for runners. Physio doesn't seem to work so I'm going to give ART a try. |
