A Tour of Your Online Writing Journal
We started by offering a workout details box at the bottom of every workout page for writing notes like "don't forget sun screen" or "always remember to bring enough water to get home". Recording the details of an exercise session is extremely helpful tool designed for review weeks or months later. Some of our Athletes requested additional space for their own notes and thoughts not associated with workouts. The online Writing Journal was born.
Now by popular request, we offer a daily writing journal that is always available to jot down your thoughts. This journal is designed not only as an extension of the workout comments box, but a place to store your thoughts about life, dreams, activities and anything else that comes to mind.
The journal automatically creates a new page for any day you wish to write. There are no rules here. You can write a new journal entry any time you like, as little or as much as you like.
You can pull up and read your journal entries by topic. You can also search your journal pages for particular events or keywords. You can always go back and edit or delete your entries at any time.
Your personal online journal is available only to you, and can only be accessed with your login and password.
Some athletes choose to use their journal as a way to plan their day. Other athletes record the days events or activities. Its great to have an online writing journal that is available just to you, from home, work, or anywhere you have internet access.
Getting into shape can be hard work. Write down the hard times as well as the good times. Looking back on your success months from now, it will be nice to enjoy the long, adventurous path you traveled to get to where you want to be.
